# Korean Corn Dogs

These are Korean corn dogs, made with cheese, hot dogs, potatoes and some sauces.

## Ingredients

- cheese
- hot dogs
- wooden sticks
- yeast
- water
- flour
- potatoes
- oil
- mayonnaise
- gochujang
- honey
- lemon juice
- breadcrumbs
- green onion
- ketchup
- mustard

## Instructions

1. Cut cheese and hot dogs.
2. Add cheese and hot dogs to wooden sticks.
3. Combine water and yeast in a baking dish.
4. Add flour and whisk.
5. Cover with plastic wrap.
6. Peel potatoes and chop it into small cubes.
7. Add oil to the pan.
8. Add potatoes to the pan and fry.
9. Combine mayonnaise, gochujang, honey and lemon juice and mix well.
10. Add the mix to the dispenser.
11. Cover the hot dog with batter and add potatoes and breadcrumbs.
12. Fry in oil.
13. Add condiments of your choice, such as sauce and mustard.
