## Ingredients

- 0.5 cup honey
- 0.25 cup cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 0.25 cup powdered sugar
- pinch salt
- 1.5 cups nonfat dried milk powder

## Instructions

1. Add all ingredients except the milk powder to a bowl.
2. Sift the cocoa powder and powdered sugar to remove any lumps.
3. Stir everything together with a wooden spoon until it looks like a thick brownie batter.
4. Gradually add the milk powder, about 1/2 cup at a time, and stir.
5. Once the mixture becomes too sticky to mix with a spoon, use your hands to bring everything together into a turd-like consistency.
6. Break the mixture into smaller pieces and roll them into little tootsie rolls.
7. Lay out the rolled pieces on parchment paper.
8. Cut the parchment paper around each tootsie roll.
9. Roll up each tootsie roll in its piece of parchment paper to wrap it.

## Equipment

- bowl
- sifter
- wooden spoon
- parchment paper
- scissors

## Tips

- You might need up to a cup and a half of milk powder; the video used a cup and a third.
- The longer the tootsie rolls sit and dry out, the more tootsie roll-like their consistency becomes.
