# Upside down apple tarts

Delicious and easy-to-make upside-down apple tarts, perfect for a treat.

## Ingredients

- honey
- butter
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
- apples
- puff pastry
- egg yolk

## Instructions

1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Drizzle honey onto the parchment paper.
3. Place a slice of butter on top of the honey.
4. Sprinkle brown sugar over the butter.
5. Add cinnamon on top of the brown sugar.
6. Arrange sliced apples on top of the cinnamon.
7. Cover the apples with a piece of puff pastry.
8. Brush the puff pastry with egg yolk.
9. Bake until golden brown.
10. Flip the tart onto a plate using a spatula.
