# Huevos Rellenos DE AGUACATE TOMATE Y QUESO

## Ingredients

- 5 huevos cocidos
- 1 aguacate
- 0.5 tomate picado
- 1 cucharada queso cremoso
- 1 chorrito aceite
- 1 sal
- 1 pimienta
- MAYONESA YBARRA/MUSA

## Instructions

1. Sacar la yema y una parte de la clara de los huevos.
2. Poner la yema y la clara en un bol junto con el aguacate.
3. Aplastar todo muy bien.
4. Añadir el queso crema.
5. Añadir el tomate.
6. Añadir sal y pimienta al gusto.
7. AÑADIR LA MAYONESA
8. Rellenar los huevos con la mezcla.
9. Decorar con sésamo.
