- 1.5 c flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c sugar

- Vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup frozen raspberries

2. Set the dry ingredients aside.
3. Melt a stick of butter and let it warm.
4. Add one cup of sugar to the melted butter and whisk well.
5. Add some vanilla, one egg, and one egg yolk to the wet mixture and beat thoroughly to achieve a crackly top.
6. Prepare about a cup of white chocolate, either chips or broken bars for an irregular shape.
7. Take one cup of frozen raspberries and dust them in a little bit of flour to prevent them from sinking.
8. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
9. Fold in all of the chocolate and raspberries; the raspberries will break up as you fold them in.
10. Add the mixture to a square parchment-lined baking pan.
11. Optionally, add some chocolate on top for decoration.
12. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.
