## Ingredients

- 3 plátanos maduros
- 200 g chocolate negro (mínimo 70%)

## Instructions

1. Pela, corta y tritura los plátanos hasta obtener un puré.
2. Funde el chocolate negro.
3. Mezcla el chocolate fundido con el puré de plátano hasta que quede homogéneo.
4. Vierte la mezcla en un molde y alisa la superficie.
5. Lleva a la nevera y deja reposar al menos 5 horas.
