# Banana and Chocolate Dessert

A creamy, no-bake banana and chocolate dessert with cornstarch cookie crumbles.

## Ingredients

- 6 whole banana, peeled
- 200 g chocolate
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 100 g cornstarch cookies

## Instructions

1. Mash the peeled bananas using a vegetable masher.
2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
3. Pour the melted chocolate over the mashed bananas and mix with a spoon.
4. Make holes in the lemon with a stick and squeeze the juice into the banana and chocolate mixture.
5. Stir to incorporate the lemon juice.
6. Add the vanilla essence and cinnamon powder to the mixture and stir until smooth.
7. Crumble the cornstarch cookies by hand and add them to the mixture.
8. Mix once more to coat the cookie pieces in the mixture.
9. Transfer to the fridge to set.
10. Remove from the fridge, unmold carefully, and serve.
