## Ingredients

- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- chilli flakes
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- chicken wings

## Instructions

1. Combine tamarind paste, palm sugar, chilli flakes, garlic, fish sauce, and oil in a bowl to make the marinade.
2. Add chicken wings to the bowl and rub the marinade into the wings thoroughly.
3. Cover and marinate. Ideally overnight, but half an hour is enough.
4. Place wings on a tray lined with tinfoil, ensuring each is well-coated in the glaze.
5. Roast in the oven at 170°C for 25 to 30 minutes.

## Tips

- The longer you marinate the wings, the better.
- Using tinfoil helps prevent the wings from sticking and burning.
