## Ingredients

- 5 cups whole corn kernels
- 0.5 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, pulp and seeds removed, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 0.5 cup cilantro, chopped
- 0.5 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil mayonnaise
- 2 limes
- 1.5 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

## Instructions

1. Add everything to a bowl.
