## Ingredients

- olive oil
- italian sausage
- olive oil
- shallots
- garlic
- red chili flakes
- tomato paste
- sun-dried tomatoes
- crushed tomatoes
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- oregano
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- basil
- heavy cream
- mozzarella cheese
- parmesan
- pasta

## Instructions

1. Add oil and cook Italian sausage in a skillet.
2. Cook until it's brown and crispy.
3. Add oil, shallots, garlic, red chili flakes, and tomato paste in another skillet.
4. Add crushed tomatoes.
5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, sugar, and basil.
6. Let that sauce cook down.
7. Add heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan.
8. Add back in the Italian sausage and the cooked pasta.
9. Mix well and it's done.

- Cook the sausage until it is brown and crispy.
- You can add sun dried tomatoes if you want.
