# Chocolate Zucchini Cake

## Ingredients

- 2 cups zucchini
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 270 grams mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 0.75 cup oil
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

## Instructions

1. Grate the zucchini.
2. Add all-purpose flour to the bowl.
3. Add baking soda to the bowl and whisk the ingredients.
4. Add granulated sugar to the bowl and whisk the ingredients.
5. Add brown sugar to the bowl and whisk the ingredients.
6. Add cocoa powder to the bowl and whisk the ingredients.
7. Add almost a full pack of mini chocolate chips to the bowl and whisk the ingredients.
8. Add oil to the bowl.
9. Add milk to the bowl.
10. Mix the ingredients until about 75% incorporated, before adding the zucchini.
11. Add vanilla extract to the mixture.
12. Add the grated zucchini to the mixture.
13. Incorporate all the ingredients together.
14. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish.
15. Bake the cake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
16. Serve the cake with a glass of milk.
