# Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders

## Ingredients

- 24 oz chicken tenderloins
- 1.5 cup light buttermilk
- 3 tbsp hot sauce
- 1.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- 0.25 cup light butter
- 0.25 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp zero calorie brown sugar sweetener
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper

## Instructions

1. Add chicken tenderloins to a bowl with light buttermilk and hot sauce, mix and let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
2. In another bowl, add panko breadcrumbs with cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Whisk.
3. Remove chicken from marinade, let it drip and coat in breadcrumbs. Repeat.
4. Set chicken on a tray of air fryer and spray with olive oil.
5. Air fry at 400°F for 15-17 mins (204°C).
6. Add light butter, hot sauce, brown sugar sweetener, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a cast iron pan and let simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Brush the sauce on the chicken.
8. Serve and enjoy!
