# Fluffy Chocolate Pancakes

## Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 or egg replacer eggs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 8 strawberries

## Instructions

1. Mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, a little sugar and salt.
2. Add milk, vanilla, eggs or egg replacer and melted butter to the mixture and whisk together.
3. Cook on a griddle with thinly sliced strawberries in the middle.
4. Serve with butter and maple syrup or with yogurt or applesauce.
