# Air Fryer Cookie Cups for Two

Soft and gooey cookie dough cups for two in the air fryer.

## Ingredients

- 50 g unsalted butter
- 40 g light brown sugar
- 20 g granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 70 g plain flour
- 0.25 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 60 g chocolate chips

## Instructions

1. Cream together softened butter and both sugars.
2. Mix in one egg yolk and vanilla.
3. Fold in plain flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
5. Separate into two ramekins and sprinkle with more chocolate chips.
6. Air fry for about 10 minutes at 160C until the top is golden brown.
7. Let them cool slightly because they'll be super hot.
