## Ingredients

- 1 potatoes
- 3 tsp green onion
- 50 g spam
- 1 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 tsp ground pepper
- 4 egg white
- 1 tsp plain wheat flour

## Instructions

1. Thinly slice potatoes.
2. Rinse with water.
3. Add chopped green onion, sliced spam, salt, ground pepper, egg white, and plain wheat flour.
4. Stir well.
5. Form a nest in the pan.
6. Place a lonely egg yolk in the center.
7. Fry both sides on low heat until browned.
8. Dish up.
