# Orange Cake

## Ingredients

- 1 orange
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 0.5 cup olive oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 vanilla
- 1 baking powder

## Instructions

1. Cut the orange into pieces and place them in a bowl.
2. Crack 3 eggs into the bowl with the oranges.
3. Add 1 cup of sugar to the bowl.
4. Blend the oranges, eggs, and sugar with an immersion blender until smooth.
5. Sift 2 cups of flour, 1 vanilla, and 1 baking powder into the mixture.
6. Whisk until all ingredients are well combined and the batter is smooth.
7. Pour the batter into a loaf pan.
8. Drizzle 0.5 cups of olive oil over the top of the batter.
9. Place the loaf pan in the oven to bake.
10. Remove the baked orange cake from the oven.
11. Squeeze some fresh orange juice over the hot cake.
12. Slice the orange cake and serve.
