# Cheesy Sausage Balls

These are cheesy, sausage-filled biscuit balls baked to perfection.

## Ingredients

- 1 lb Colby Jack cheese
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 0.25 stick butter

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine 1 lb of Colby Jack cheese and 1 lb of sausage.
2. Add 1 box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix to the bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients together using gloves.
4. Roll the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
6. Alternatively, place the balls into a muffin tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
7. Melt 0.25 stick of butter and brush over the baked balls.
