## Ingredients

- pack Biscoff cookies
- melted butter
- sweetened condensed milk
- bar white chocolate
- jar Biscoff spread

## Instructions

1. Place Biscoff cookies in a bowl.
2. Crush the cookies into crumbs using a rolling pin.
3. Add melted butter to the crushed cookies.
4. Add sweetened condensed milk to the cookie mixture.
5. Mix until well combined.
6. Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined baking tray.
7. Break white chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl.
8. Melt the white chocolate until smooth.
9. Add Biscoff spread to the melted white chocolate.
10. Mix until the topping is smooth and uniform.
11. Pour the Biscoff and white chocolate topping over the cookie base.
12. Spread the topping evenly.
13. Decorate with whole Biscoff cookies on top.
14. Crumble some additional Biscoff cookies around the edges for extra garnish.
