Creamy, spicy, garlic noodles with sausage has been my go-to lately.

## Ingredients

- turkey sausage, cut up
- a little extra oil
- butter
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- soy sauce
- hoisin
- gochujang
- heavy cream
- shredded Parmesan cheese
- chopped parsley
- ramen noodle packet
- green onions
- toasted sesame seeds

## Instructions

1. Cut up turkey sausage and sauté for a few minutes until they get some nice color.
2. Into the same pan, add a little extra oil, some butter, along with three minced garlic cloves.
3. Follow that up with some soy sauce, hoisin, and gochujang and stir that together.
4. Next, add some heavy cream, shredded Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
5. Let that become super creamy for a few minutes.
6. Quickly cook your noodles.
7. Stir noodles into the sauce along with the sausage.
8. Top with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
