## Ingredients

- 6 huevos
- 250 g mascarpone
- 500 g queso crema
- 180 g azúcar
- 250 g nata líquida para montar

## Instructions

1. Poner todos los ingredientes en un bol y batir bien.
2. Echar la mezcla a un molde con papel de horno pasándola por un colador.
3. Al horno a 180 grados durante 30 minutos.
4. 3 minutos más de grill para que quede tostada.
