# Lasagna Hamburger Helper (Valentine's Day special)

A downsized version of lasagna hamburger helper packaged as a Valentine's Day gift for dad.

## Ingredients

- 1.5 C mini bow tie pasta
- 0.25 C milk powder
- 2 tbl minced onion
- 2 tbl Parmesan cheese powder
- 1 tbl cornstarch
- 1 tbl tomato bouillon powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp parsley
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 pound meat
- 0.5 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella

## Instructions

1. Add one and a half cups of mini bow tie pasta into a pint jar.
2. Add in a fourth a cup of milk powder and give it a little shake.
3. Add two tablespoons of minced onion.
4. Add two tablespoons of parmesan cheese powder.
5. Add one tablespoon of corn starch.
6. Add one tablespoon of tomato bouillon powder.
7. Add one teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
8. Add a half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
9. Add a half a teaspoon of parsley.
10. Add a fourth a teaspoon of black pepper.
11. Put on a screw top lid.
12. Print out a label for the jar with the name and date.
13. Print out the directions for cooking, which include adding half a pound of meat (chicken thigh was used).
14. Provide half a cup of tomato sauce and one cup of shredded mozzarella to be added during cooking.
15. Package the meal in a jar, tomato sauce, and shredded mozzarella into a cellophane bag as a Valentine's Day gift.
