# Cinnamon roll mug cake

## Ingredients

- 6 tbsp plain flour
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 60 ml warm water
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- cinnamon
- 1 tsp granulated sugar

## Instructions

1. Mix together all the ingredients for the cake in a small bowl until smooth.
2. Make the cinnamon swirl with butter, light brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
3. Pour half the cake batter into a large mug followed by half the cinnamon swirl mix.
4. Pour the rest of the batter on top and smooth it out.
5. Pipe on the rest of the cinnamon mix.
6. Mix together sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle this all over the cake.
7. Microwave on medium (400W) for 1 minute and 20 seconds or until there's no wet batter left.
