# Crockpot Street Corn Dip

## Ingredients

- 2 cans canned corn
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese
- 1 handful Tajin seasoning
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 0.25 cup sour cream
- 1 handful cotija cheese

## Instructions

1. Add two cans of drained corn to the slow cooker.
2. Add 16 ounces of cream cheese and 8 ounces of pepper jack cheese.
3. Add a handful of Tajin seasoning and a bunch of chopped cilantro.
4. Add a quarter cup of sour cream.
5. Cook on low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
6. Top with cotija cheese and more Tajin seasoning.
