## Ingredients

- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 0.5 cup onion
- 0.5 cup carrot
- 0.5 cup green onion
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 pcs eggs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 0.5 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp green onion

## Instructions

1. Start off with some butter, garlic, and soy sauce. This is what makes Benihana's rice so different. It's soy garlic butter.
2. Add a little bit of oil to a wok. Cook down some onions, carrots, green onions, and some garlic.
3. Add day-old rice and cook it down for a couple of minutes.
4. Add a little bit more oil, and scramble two eggs.
5. Mix it all together.
6. Go in there with a bit more soy sauce, season with salt, small pinch of sugar, white pepper, and some of that butter we made.
7. Finish it off with a bit more green onion.
