# Bread egg Toast

## Ingredients

- 2 Egg
- 1 spoon Sugar
- 30 ml Boiled Milk
- Sandwich Bread slice
- Ghee

## Instructions

1. Crack 2 eggs into a glass bowl.
2. Add 1 spoon of sugar to the eggs.
3. Pour 30 ml of boiled milk into the bowl.
4. Whisk the mixture with a fork until well combined.
5. Cut the crusts off the bread slices.
6. Place the bread slices on a plate or pan.
7. Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices, ensuring they are well coated.
8. Heat ghee on a pan.
9. Place the egg-coated bread slices on the hot pan.
10. Flip the bread slices to cook both sides until golden brown.
11. Cook the sides of the toast as well.
12. Remove the cooked toast from the pan and place it on a plate.
13. Cut the toast into desired pieces.
