# Banana Pudding Ice Cream

## Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 package Jello banana cream pudding
- 0.5 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 drop vanilla extract
- 1 handful vanilla wafers

## Instructions

1. Pour 2 cups of heavy whipping cream into a mixing bowl.
2. Add 1 package of Jello banana cream pudding to the bowl.
3. Place the bowl on a stand mixer with the whisk attachment and whip until stiff peaks form (about 1-2 minutes).
4. Scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is well combined.
5. Add ½ can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 drop of vanilla extract.
6. Gently fold everything together until well combined.
7. Pour half of the mixture into an ice cream container or loaf pan.
8. Top with a handful of crushed vanilla wafers.
9. Add the other half of the banana ice cream base and mix lightly.
10. Add more crushed vanilla wafers.
11. Cover the container and freeze for a few hours.
