## Ingredients

- 0.33 unidad cebolla mediana
- 1 unidad pimiento verde
- 3 dientes ajo
- 6 cucharadas aceite de oliva
- 2 cucharadas vinagre
- 1 unidad zumo de limón
- 1 manojo perejil
- 1 manojo cilantro
- 0.5 taza agua
- 1 cucharadita sal
- 0.5 cucharadita pimienta

## Instructions

1. Colocar en un recipiente cebolla, pimiento verde, perejil y cilantro.
2. Agregar ajo, aceite de oliva o vegetal, vinagre, zumo de limón, pimienta y sal al gusto.
3. Triturar o licuar muy bien todos los ingredientes.
