## Ingredients

- lomo
- bacon
- Panecillos
- Mayonesa o Alioli
- Tomate
- Queso para fundir

## Instructions

1. Dorar el lomo y el bacon en aceite de oliva.
2. Retirar el lomo y el bacon.
3. Abrir el pan.
4. Ser generoso con la mayonesa en el pan.
5. Añadir lomo, tomate, queso y bacon.
6. Cerrar el montadito.
7. Planchar el montadito, apretando bien.
