- 5 oz lobster tail
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 0.5 pound shrimp
- 1 Cajun seasoning
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 black pepper
- 1 smoked paprika
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 0.5 shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 0.5 tsp shrimp bouillon
- 1 tsp Pressie Mae's seafood seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 avocado oil
- 1 green onions
- 1 parsley

## Instructions

1. Cook grits according to package directions, using half milk and half water. Add chicken bouillon and butter.
2. Season shrimp with avocado oil, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and paprika.
3. Season lobster tails with avocado oil, Cajun seasoning, and paprika. Air fry at 375 for 5 minutes.
4. Once grits are done, stir in pepper jack cheese and set aside.
5. Sauté shrimp in a pan for about 1 1/2 minutes per side.
6. In the same pan, sauté shallot, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes for 30 seconds to a minute.
7. Add tomato paste, heavy whipping cream, crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, shrimp bouillon, garlic powder, and Pressie Mae’s seafood seasoning. Stir well.
8. Add half of the lump crab meat to the sauce. Stir gently to avoid breaking up the lumps.
9. In a separate pan, heat the remaining crab meat with a little butter to warm it through.
