## Ingredients

- 1 glass cold milk
- 2 shots double espresso
- 1 spoonful brown sugar
- 1 glass heavy cream
- 1 spoonful cocoa powder
- 1 glass ginger ale
- 2 shots double espresso
- 1 glass heavy cream
- 1 spoonful caramel syrup
- 1 cube ice cube
- 1 spoonful cold foam
- 1 spoonful brown sugar

## Instructions

1. Add cold milk to a glass.
2. Add double espresso to the glass with cold milk.
3. Prepare another glass with double espresso, brown sugar, and heavy cream. Shake well.
4. Add the mixture to the glass.
5. Add cocoa powder.
6. Prepare a third glass with ginger ale, double espresso, and heavy cream.
7. Prepare the fourth glass with double espresso, caramel syrup, ice cube, cold foam, and brown sugar. Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the brown sugar.
