## Ingredients

- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 pinch paprika
- 150 ml guinness beer
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 1 slice bread

## Instructions

1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
2. Add flour, mustard powder and paprika, whisk until combined.
3. Add Guinness, whisk until smooth and thick.
4. Grate cheddar cheese.
5. Add cheese to the mixture and stir until melted and smooth.
6. Toast bread.
7. Spread the cheese mixture onto the toasted bread.
8. Place bread in the pizza oven and toast.
