## Ingredients

- 500 gr harina todo uso
- 120 ml leche
- 120 ml agua
- 60 ml aceite
- 10 gr sal
- queso

## Instructions

1. In a pot, add milk, water, and oil and heat slightly to combine the liquids.
2. In the mixer bowl, place all-purpose wheat flour, salt, and the mixture of liquids.
3. Knead for approximately 10 minutes until an homogeneous, soft, and elastic dough is obtained.
4. Let the dough rest in the covered bowl for about 30 minutes.
5. Portion the dough, cutting it into four pieces for easier handling and stretching.
6. Laminate the dough quickly, passing it through the laminator to make it thinner, adding a little flour on the last pass.
7. Form a roll with the stretched dough without stretching it too much, simply gathering the mass.
8. Cut the dough roll into pieces of approximately three fingers in width.

## Equipment

- olla
- bol de la batidora
- laminadora

## Tips

- Keep the remaining dough covered while working to prevent drying.
- Do not stretch the dough much when forming the roll.
