## Ingredients

- 100 g butter
- 250 g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 dash vanilla
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 100 g plain flour

## Instructions

1. Melt the butter in your pie dish in the microwave or oven.
2. Add the caster sugar to the melted butter and stir well.
3. Crack in two eggs and beat the mixture together.
4. Add a dash of vanilla.
5. Add the cocoa powder.
6. Add the plain flour.
7. Bake in a 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
