## Ingredients

- 540 g warm water
- 15 g instant yeast
- 37 g brown sugar
- 900 g bread flour
- 23 g salt
- 90 g vegetable oil
- 12 whole hot dog
- to taste to taste baking soda

## Instructions

1. Mix warm water, yeast, and brown sugar in a bowl and let rest to bloom.
2. Add bread flour, salt, and vegetable oil to the yeast mixture and combine in a mixer.
3. Cover the dough and let rest in a warm place.
4. Divide dough into 100g portions, then shape each into a long rope.
5. Wrap the dough rope around each hot dog starting at the top.
6. Boil the wrapped hot dogs in water with baking soda.
7. Apply egg wash and bake in a preheated oven.
