# Red Velvet Cookies and Cream Cookies

A red velvet version of cookies and cream cookies.

## Ingredients

- cold cubed butter
- sugar
- 2 eggs
- cocoa powder
- red velvet emulsion
- red food coloring
- salt
- baking soda
- cornstarch
- flour
- cake flour
- all purpose flour
- 1 cup Oreos
- 1 cup cookies and cream Hershey bar pieces
- white chocolate
- cookies and cream Hershey bars

## Instructions

1. Mix cold cubed butter with sugar on low then medium and then high until you get a smooth consistency.
2. Add eggs, cocoa powder, red velvet emulsion and red food coloring.
3. Add salt, baking soda, cornstarch and flour little by little.
4. Add Oreos and cookies and cream Hershey bar pieces.
5. Chill uncovered in the fridge for 20 minutes.
6. Scoop out large cookie dough balls and make them into discs so they're flatter.
7. Set your oven to 4:10 and bake for about 11 minutes.
8. Melt some white chocolate with cookies and cream Hershey's bars and spread on top of the cookies.
