## Ingredients

- 2 fennel
- 50 g Grana Padano in scaglie
- 50 g taggiasche olives
- 10 capers
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- q.b. salt
- q.b. pepper
- barbetta verde

## Instructions

1. Cut the fennel into thin slices.
2. Put the fennel slices in a bowl along with oil, salt, pepper, capers, taggiasche olives, cherry tomatoes and grana padano cheese.
3. Keep the green beard aside and chop it.
4. Mix well to distribute the gifts.
5. Prepare 2 boats with parchment paper.
6. Fill the boats with the mixture.
7. Seal the edges well to form a well-sealed package.
8. Cook in an air fryer at 190 degrees for 15-18 minutes until soft and flavorful.
