- 2.2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tsp chicken stock base
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2.5 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp yakiniku marinade

## Instructions

1. Bring mirin to a boil, then turn off the heat.
2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, doubanjiang, grated ginger, and garlic to the pot.

9. Heat a pan with a generous amount of butter, then cook the chopped garlic until it's lightly browned.
10. Add the rice and a tablespoon of yakiniku marinade to the pan, mix well, and cook on low to medium heat for about 2 minutes. Transfer the rice to a bowl.
11. Heat a pan or grill and cook the marinated beef for about a minute per side.
12. Place a plate on top of the rice bowl, flip it over to create a rice mound, and place the cooked beef on top.
