# Lemon Blueberry Cookies

These Lemon Blueberry Cookies are made with regular size frozen blueberries. If you make them with frozen wild blueberries, the cookies become a beautiful lavender!

## Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup blueberry glaze

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet.
2. Mix wet ingredients together.
3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
5. Fold in blueberries.
6. Roll cookie dough balls in lemon sugar.
7. Bake cookies until golden brown.
