# Mini Strawberry Shortcakes

## Ingredients

- 6 pieces vanilla sponge cake
- 20 pieces fresh strawberries
- 1 bowl whipped cream
- 1 bowl strawberry coulis

## Instructions

1. Prepare the vanilla sponge cake batter in a glass bowl using a hand mixer.
2. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet.
3. Bake the cake. Once it's ready, let it cool completely.
4. Cut the cake into small pieces.
5. Arrange sliced strawberries in small glasses.
6. Add a piece of cake on top of the strawberries.
7. Pipe whipped cream over the cake.
8. Top with a fresh strawberry.
