## Ingredients

- 1 lb shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 0.25 stick butter

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the shredded cheese and sausage.
2. Add the biscuit mix to the bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients together using gloves.
4. Roll the mixture into balls.
5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
6. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
7. Alternatively, place the balls in a muffin tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
8. Melt butter and brush over the baked balls after they cool.
