## Ingredients

- 4 strawberries
- 1 package Spanish Iberico Ham
- 1 cup Full fat mozzarella
- 6 pieces goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch flaky salt
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 6 leaves basil

## Instructions

1. Chop the strawberries into small pieces.
2. Prepare the pizza dough.
3. Add olive oil to the dough.
4. Spread full fat mozzarella over the dough.
5. Place goat cheese on top of the mozzarella.
6. Add the chopped strawberries over the goat cheese.
7. Bake the pizza in a pizza oven.
8. Add flaky salt.
9. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
10. Add basil leaves.
11. Top with Spanish Iberico Ham.
