# Cheesy loaded taco potato bowls

## Ingredients

- 5 whole potato, chopped
- oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- paprika
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco bell seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 can nacho cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 sprinkle taco bell seasoning
- shredded mexican blend cheese
- shredded lettuce (optional)
- pico de gallo (optional)
- guacamole (optional)
- sour cream (optional)

## Instructions

1. Combine chopped potatoes with oil, salt, ground black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl.
2. Layer potatoes on a sheet pan and bake at 425 degrees.
3. Cook ground beef in a pan over medium high heat.
4. Add taco bell seasoning and water to the beef, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium low and simmer.
5. Combine nacho cheese sauce, milk, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a sauce pan over medium high heat.
6. Simmer the cheese sauce until heated through.
7. Assemble the bowls by layering the potatoes, beef, Mexican blend cheese, cheese sauce, and desired toppings.
