## Equipment

- pan
- tongs
- knife
- grater

## Tips

- Don't be afraid to spice the life out of the chicken to create flavor on the bottom of the pan.
- Don't be afraid of a nice char, it's not burnt, it's flavor.
- Make sure to scrape the pan to unlock all the flavor from the onions.
- The only salt added is in the pasta water and on the chicken at the beginning.
- When the fettuccine is almost done, add it to the sauce and watch it slowly soak up all the sauce.
- When serving, throw the blackened chicken on top and hit it with some parsley flakes for garnish and flavor.
- For Italians, traditional alfredo only contains three ingredients, so this is not traditional, but it's very good and full of flavor
