## Instructions

1. Add flour to a bowl.
2. Add a bit of ghee to the flour.

4. Slowly add warm water bit by bit and mix until it turns into a dough.
5. If the dough is too hard, add more water. If it's too soft, add more flour.
6. Let the dough rest for a bit. It can be a power nap or a long nap, but the nap is important.
7. Take out a small ball of dough and flatten it using your hands and a rolling pin.
8. Add more ghee on top of the flattened dough.
9. Use a knife to cut the dough like this, then roll it around to make a small flower shape.
10. Squash the flower and use a rolling pin to flatten it out into a nice round shape.
11. Add ghee to a pan.
12. Add your roti (paratha) to the pan.
13. Cook the paratha from both sides, while it is cooking, brush or spoon ghee onto it.
14. Keep adding ghee as it cooks.
