# Crockpot Beef Ramen

## Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef, browned
- 9 oz coleslaw mix
- 2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 pack ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
- chili oil (optional)

## Instructions

1. Add the browned ground beef, coleslaw mix, carrots, soy sauce, chicken stock, garlic, brown sugar, and hoisin sauce to your Crockpot.
2. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
3. Add the ramen noodles, put the lid back on, and cook for another 15 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
4. Spoon it into a bowl and serve.
