# Peanut Butter Nutter Butter Cookies

This is a peanut butter cookie recipe that includes peanut butter chips and nutter butters.

## Ingredients

- 2.25 cup APF
- 1.5 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 0.75 cup granulated sugar
- peanut butter chips
- crushed Nutter butters
- peanut butter

## Instructions

1. Whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and cornstarch.
2. Set that bowl aside and cream together your butter and cream cheese.
3. Add egg, vanilla extract and both sugars and whisk until smooth.
4. Combine your dry ingredients into your wet with a spatula.
5. Add peanut butter chips and crushed Nutter butters.
6. Chill that dough for at least an hour.
7. Make some big dough balls.
8. Flatten mine on parchment paper and bake on 350 for 15 minutes.
9. Melt some peanut butter and put a little bit on top of each cookie.
10. Finish that off with a drizzle of peanut butter.
