- 3 cdas queso crema
- 1 cdta mostaza

- 3 claras
- 0 cebollino
- 2 pan integral

## Instructions

1. Cocer tres huevos.
2. Separar las yemas.
3. Añadir 3-4 cucharadas de queso crema.
4. Añadir 1 cucharadita de mostaza.
5. Salpimentar.
6. Añadir las claras con cebollino.
7. Untar la mezcla en pan integral.
