# Very Easy Apple Cake

## Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 0.75 cup vegetable oil
- 0.5 cup whipping cream (milk or yogurt)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 0 sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 apples, peeled

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together eggs, oil, cream, and vanilla. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; mix until smooth.
3. Fold in 2 to 3 diced apples.
4. Pour batter into prepared pan. Layer thinly sliced apples on top, slightly overlapping.
5. Sprinkle with extra sugar.
6. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
