# 5 Ingredient Chocolate Cookie

These are the easiest chewiest double chocolate cookies I've ever made and they're flourless.

## Ingredients

- 350 g icing sugar
- 60 g cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 3 large egg whites
- 250 g chocolate chips

## Instructions

1. Whisk together icing sugar, cocoa powder and salt.
2. Mix in three egg whites to form a thick batter.
3. Fold in chocolate chips and leave the batter for 30 minutes.
4. Scoop the mix onto a lined cookie sheet, leaving 2-3 inches between cookies.
5. Bake at 160°C (fan) for 10 minutes.
6. Let them cool.
