## Ingredients

- cream cheese slices
- crackers
- sweet barbecue rub
- thick cut bacon slice
- thin slice of jalapeno
- seasoning
- honey

## Instructions

1. Place slices of cream cheese on top of crackers.
2. Sprinkle a sweet barbecue rub, like the old fashion or brown sugar.
3. Add a slice of thick cut bacon.
4. Add a thin slice of jalapeno.
5. Add more seasoning.
6. Cook using a smoker with Bear Mountain pellets or your oven.
7. Add a little bit of honey at the end.
